Royal Canin Satiety Support Diet

The Satiety Support Diet offers a high protein, high fibre diet for a wider range of weight management options in conjunction with Royal Canin Obesity Management.

  • The diet like the Obesity Management has an increased protein content to prevent muscle wastage.  Again the increased protein improves the palatability of the diet.
  • The Satiety Support has a high soluble fibre content which increases the volume of stomach contents and promotes satiety (reducing the feeling of hunger) by delaying stomach emptying.
  • The high mineral and vitamin concentration compensates for the effect of energy restriction ensuring an appropriate nutritional supply
  • The diet contains Chondroitin and Glucosamine which help to supply a natural support to the joints

If you are concerned that your pet may be overweight, or is beginning to gain a few extra pounds more recently, then speak to your veterinary surgeon or nurse today, who will be able to advise you and help to get your pet started on a weight loss program. If you want your pet to attend the Weight Management Clinic then you need to speak to your own Veterinary Surgeon to see if they can refer you.
